Application Instructions
The application form should be filled in by the applicant in blue or black ink, in his or her own hand writing. The application form should be submitted along with:
- A certified copy of your birth certificate.
- Certificated or properly notarized copies of your qualifications.
- Not less than three testimonies to cover your education and past and present employment.
- A police recommendation, no older than 6 months covering the past 5 years.
- Two recent colour passport sized photographs.
- Naturalisation or Belonger Status certificate (if applicable).
